What countries are compatible with the RentBook Mobile App?

RentBook Mobile App is fully operational in the following countries:

How long does a transfer take to settle?

Transfers are roughly between 1 - 3 business days.

What if the Tenant has Insufficient Funds?

RentBook will do a balance check on their account before deducting money from their account. If there are not enough funds, the app will notify you under financials as well as receive a push notification. This prevents banks from giving landlords overdraft fees.

The tenant, however, will be charged $20.00 CAD whenever they have insufficient funds during a payment process.

Does my tenant need to download the App too?

Yes! Make sure both Landlord and Tenants downloads the App and signs up to use this app properly! Both parties must connect their bank account for us to facilitate payments between two parties.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

We are happy to inform you that we are not subscription based! You pay us depending on your usage so you can manage your property as economically as possible.
